the hotel location was great for walks to amenities. the staff seemed friendly. the room had ample tea and coffee. wifi worked perfectly .
the shower needed some attention, I noticed black sludge in the corners.

The owners were friendly and accommodating. I found them very helpful . The room faced the park, which gave a romantic scenic view, and parking on the street was also conveniently available.
There were two flights of stairs to the room.

The hotel is close to a café that provides breakfast. It is a great place for morning meals. The breakfast tasted good and was prepared to order, so it was hot and fresh when served. There are also some nice biscuits with the tea in the room.

The room was wonderfully quiet and spacious, with a lovely outlook toward the park! A good kettle to make hot drinks was available, along with some choices of tea and hot chocolate. I had towels. hair and body wash, in the shower room.

The location provided easy access to Devonport Playhouse. The walk was very easy. The hotel sits near transport links, including the train station and bus stops in the area. The hotel is in a good location, it is also close to the park.
